New Student Registration

Welcome to St. Teresa Catholic School, and thank you for your interest in joining our school and parish community.

St. Teresa Catholic School is an excellent parish school celebrating over 50 years of academic excellence in Titusville and surrounding communities. Our program is based on Gospel values and Catholic traditions and is implemented in a Christ-centered environment that stresses excellence for all students. St. Teresa provides a quality education that challenges and empowers students to develop their full potential. We are proud of our strong curriculum which emphasizes not only the core subjects of math, science, language arts, social studies, religion, and Spanish but also the fine arts and the humanities. Our sports programs and after school activities complement these offerings in developing the whole child. While Catholic identity and academic excellence are the strong points of our school, our sense of community is evident to anyone who takes a tour of our school. Students, parents, faculty, and staff at St. Teresa Catholic School care about each other and our community, and it shows in our words and actions. Children entering kindergarten or advancing through the stages of adolescence will find St. Teresa Catholic School to be a nurturing yet challenging school environment.

Registration is held each February for those students wishing to return to St. Teresa Catholic School the following fall. Registration for new students will be available in mid-April. An entrance test is given to all new students to determine placement. All students entering St. Teresa Catholic School for the first time are admitted on a probationary basis for a nine-week period. This is to ascertain a pupil’s ability to adjust to the school philosophy and academic program. The principal reserves the right to readmit students to St. Teresa Catholic School. If you are applying for admittance, your child will be eligible for acceptance only after all information has been received and evaluated by our administration.

Financial Assistance

Florida State Scholarships

Tax Credit Scholarships were created by the Florida Legislature in 2001 to alleviate the enormous educational challenges faced by children in Florida who live near poverty and assure their families that they have learning options. Under the law, the scholarships are based on financial need, not how well your child does in school. They are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and can be transferred to eligible schools. St. Teresa Catholic School is an eligible school – it’s your child; it’s your choice. Thanks for choosing St. Teresa Catholic School. For information, please visit: http://www.stepupforstudents.org or https://www.aaascholarships.org/.

The Unique Abilities Scholarship is designed to provide the option for a parent to better meet the individual education needs of their eligible child.  More informational is also available through the SUFS (Step Up For Students) website or AAA Scholarships.
