Hours of Operation:
Before School Care
6:50 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
After School Care
11:15 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
The program does not operate
during school vacations or holidays.

Daily Program:
Scheduled homework time with supervised assistance
Active and quiet play
Indoor and outdoor play
Organized and free activities
Group and individual play
Time to run, exercise, and develop coordination
Scheduled rest time (Pre-K)
Nutritious snacks
Time for reading, games, and drawing

Before/After Departure:
A parent must escort the child into the Extended Care room in the morning, and sign the child into the program. The parent or guardian is expected to enter the building to pick up and sign for his/her child in the evening. No child will be released to anyone except those authorized in writing by the custodial parent or guardian, whose names and signatures are filed with the program.

Lunches:
Pre-Kindergarten students may purchase lunch according to the regular school program or they may bring a lunch from home. Orange juice, chocolate, or white milk is also available and may be purchased through the child's teacher.

Late Pick-Up:
A late fee of $1.00 per minute after 5:30 p.m. will be charged for a student not picked up promptly. This is strictly enforced.
$10.00 per day for siblings of registered children will be added for emergency attendance.  The limit on this is three times during the school year.

Children not registered but left after school, will be billed $10.00 per child per occurrence.  The maximum time children may remain in Extended Care is one hour.  After the third occurrence, a letter from the principal will be sent home.

Method of Payment:
Fees are due monthly beginning at the end of August through April. The September payment is due on or before August 10th and the May payment is due by April 1st. Fees will be included in your monthly tuition statements. The second child in a family registered to Extended Care will receive a $10.00 discount.
